Four-year institution offering full range of degrees and courses. While New Jersey's college-age population was rapidly diminishing, the agency's promotional effort is credited with dramatically increasing student enrollment. Agency's "avant-garde" approach generated record response and upgraded perceptual image of the College. Advertising featured metropolitan location, co-op education opportunities.
